SHOCKING evidence of a new massacre in Syria emerged yesterday.
United Nations observers issued images of a village where up to 78 people, including women and children, were shot, hacked and burned to death.
The video from Mazraat al-Qubair showed blood splashed on a wall pockmarked with bullet holes.
One man pointed to the photo of another on a wall.
Sobbing, he said: “This is the martyr.”
It was not clear if he was related to the victim.
Another said: “My brother, his wife and their seven children. They burned down his house.”
Sausan Ghosheh, of the UN, said their team were “horrified” by the stench of burned corpses.
