Father’s Day: Celebrate Dad with a Drink

Come Sunday, Hollywood’s favorite father figures – ahem, Brad Pitt, Will Smith and newlywed Matthew McConaughey – will likely get a little love (and a lot of ties) from their true No. 1 fans.

And while nothing tops quality time with their kids (and all those ties), these doting dads could probably use a refreshing, adults-only beverage at the end of the day.

In honor of Father’s Day, whip up these celeb-worthy recipes:

Caliche Old FashionedFor the traditional guy

• 2 oz. Caliche Rum • 2 dashes Angostura bitters • ½ oz. sugar cane syrup • 1 Maraschino cherry • 1 orange wedge Mix sugar cane syrup and Angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge. Muddle into a paste. Pour in the Caliche Rum, fill with ice cubes and stir for at least 10 seconds (or until well-chilled). Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry. Celebs who swill: Leonardo DiCaprio, Jeremy Piven and Cindy Crawford (of course, since it’s hubby – and dad to two – Rande Gerber’s spirit!)

Morning GloryFor the office hero

• 2 oz. SKYY Infusions Coconut • .5 oz. espresso • .5 oz. coffee heering • .5 oz. Irish cream • Jamaican blue coffee grain Pour all ingredients into a shaker and stir. Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle Jamaican blue coffee grain on top. Celebs who swill: Penn Badgley, Alexander Skarsgard and Nikki Reed

Maritime MargaritaFor the beach bum

• 2 oz. TY KU Citrus Liqueur • .5 oz. silver tequila • muddled watermelon • fresh-squeezed lime juice • soda water Combine liqueur, tequila, watermelon and lime juice. Top off with soda water. Celebs who swill: Cee Lo Green and Patti Stanger
